One-time purchases (no subscription)
Prefer not to subscribe? You can also buy individually:
- Open one full report — unlock a single Saju, face, couple, friend, face-match, or Love Pattern reading.
- Question credits — a 5-pack of Ask Master Han questions.
These are one-time purchases (not auto-renewing) charged to your Apple Account.
Auto-renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Refund policy
All payments are processed by Apple, so refund requests are reviewed and decided by Apple — Master Han cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
- Or in the app: Profile → Request a Refund opens Apple's refund flow.
If Apple approves a refund, the premium access and any credits granted by that purchase are removed from your account. Except where required by applicable law or Apple's policies, purchases are otherwise non-refundable.
Manage or cancel
- Open Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device.
- Select Master Han and choose to cancel or change your plan.
Restore purchases
In the app: Profile → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.
